NUBODY

El otro dia tuve la oportunidad de probar una nueva técnica de entrenamiento llamada NUBODY. A l@s que me seguís por Instagram ya os comente que había asistido a una clase y la verdad tengo que deciros que me quede impresionada. A continuación os resumo un poco en que consiste esta técnica:

El sistema de entrenamiento NUBODY combina los principios de la alta intensidad con la electro-estimulación EMS, es decir, consigue resultados en unas pocas sesiones de entrenamiento. Las señales eléctricas exprimen al máximo cada movimiento, lo cual permite realizar sesiones de muy corta duración. Sin lesiones articulares y con un programa de relajación muscular después de cada sesión. NUBODY te permite conseguir los resultados que desea sin riesgos.

Glitter

Hoy un look "glitter" con esta chaqueta de lentejuelas azules. He de confesaros que me gustan mucho las lentejuelas, el problema es que no tengo muchas ocasiones para ponérmelas porque no me parece muy apropiado para ir al trabajo. El otro día tuve la presentación del fútbol de mi hijo, tenia que llevar un look arreglado pero informal por ello combine la chaqueta con unos vaqueros. Los zapatos son un clásico que creo que todas tenemos o debemos de tener en el armario, te sacan de cualquier apuro y el bolso del mítico anagrama de los ositos de Tous. Hubo una época en la que compré bastantes cosas de esta marca.

Por fin jueves lo que significa que el fin de semana esta a la vuelta de la esquina. Nos volvemos a ver mañana. Besos. MUA!!!!!!!


Today a look "glitter" with this blue sequined jacket. I must confess that I really like the sequins, the problem is I do not have many occasions to wear them because it does not seem very appropriate for work. The other day I had the presentation of my son's soccer, I had to take a look groomed but why combine casual jacket with jeans. Shoes are a classic that I think we all have or should have in the closet, take you out of any trouble and mythical bag anagram of Tous bears. There was a time when I bought quite a few things from this brand. 

At last Thursday which means the weekend is right around the corner. We get to see tomorrow. Besos. MUA !!!!!

Look primaveral

Ayer estuve en Zara y os podéis creer que me lo hubiese llevado toooodoooo???!!!! El problema es que ya hay muchas prendas de abrigo y con el tiempo que esta haciendo no apetece mucho comprar jerseys gordotes, abrigos, etc........., pero tengo que reconocer que la colección de este invierno de Zara es preciosa. 
Mientras esperamos la llegada del frío (aunque yo no ) os dejo con este look mas primaveral . La camisa vaquera es de Berska y yo al igual que con los pantalones vaqueros tengo un problema, camisa vaquera que veo.........., camisa vaquera que se viene a casa. Creo que tengo unas cinco y es que me gustan todas. La falda ya me la habéis visto varias veces, la compre en rebajas por cuatro euros.

Yesterday I went to Zara and I can you believe I had taken toooodoooo ??? !!!! The problem is that there are many outerwear and eventually you do not feel like doing much buying gordotes jerseys, coats, etc ......... but I have to admit that this winter collection of Zara is lovely. 
While awaiting the arrival of the cold (though I do not) I leave you with this more spring look. The denim shirt is Berska and I like the jeans have a problem, I see denim shirt .......... denim shirt that comes home. I think I have about five and I like them all. The skirt and me have seen several times, the purchase of four euros in sales.

Black is Black

Os podéis creer que aun no hemos terminado Octubre y ya hay gente que empieza con los preparativos para la Navidad??? Al paso que vamos va a llegar un momento en el que estaremos en la playa de vacaciones y estaremos comparando los adornos navideños. Yo pienso que cada cosa a su tiempo pero es que cada año nos empeñamos en adelantar mas las Navidades. 
Hoy os enseño un look como yo digo "muy formal" en color negro. Para el día no es que me guste mucho ir total black pero el otro día me apeteció y este fue el resultado. Creo que no esta nada mal, no creéis???
Esta semana finalizamos el mes de octubre ( otro mes mas viej@s...., ja, ja, ja) y empezaremos noviembre con un día festivo, si es que a celebrar el día de los muertos se le puede llamar festivo........, yo cada vez entiendo menos cosas.

We can you believe that we have not done since October and there are people who start with preparations for Christmas ??? At this rate we will come a time when we are at the beach on vacation and will be comparing the Christmas decorations. I think one thing at a time but each year we strive to advance more Christmas. 
Today I show you a look as I say "very formal" black. For the day is not that I like very much to go all black but the other day I incredably and this was the result. I think not bad, do not believe ??? 
This week we finished the month of October (one more month Old Style @ s .... ha ha ha) and begin November with a holiday, if you celebrate the day of the dead can be called festive .. ...... I understand more and less.

Blue Skirt

Ya tenemos aquí el fin de semana………….., con lo que cuesta de llegar y lo rápido que se pasa, verdad??? En Valencia han dicho que vamos a tener muy buen tiempo, así que aprovecharemos y haremos cosas al aire libre. Alguien entiende lo del cambio de hora porque yo no. No me puedo creer que a partir del domingo a las seis de la tarde ya se hará de noche, uffff que pereza!!!! En fin voy a lo que interesa que es el look que os muestro hoy, ja, ja, ja…..!!!!!

El color azul marino es un tono que la verdad nunca me ha atraído demasiado, siempre sea como sea la prenda me ha recordado al estilo marinero que  me cansa un poco pero cuando vi esta falda el año pasado en Mango me gusto, me la pobre y os tengo que decir que me costó decidirme pero ahora estoy encantada con ella.

Los zapatos tienen mucho tiempo, los compre en Bimba y Lola (no soy muy asidua a esta tienda) y ahora resulta que este invierno se llevan un montón y es que está claro que no hay que deshacerse de ninguna prenda porque las modas siempre vuelven. Lo malo de esto es que o tienes un vestidor enorme o es un poco complicado guardarlo todo.

We have here the weekend ............ .. with what it costs to get and how fast it goes, right ??? In Valencia have been told that we will have very good time, so take advantage and do things outdoors. Someone understands what the time change because I do not. I can not believe that starting Sunday at six in the afternoon and evening will be made, but laziness uffff !!!! Anyway I'm interested in what is the look that I show today, ha ha ha ... .. !!!!!
The navy blue is a tone that the truth has never appealed to me too, as is always the pledge reminded me of the sailor style I tired a bit but when I saw this skirt last year in Mango like me, poor me I must say that I have cost me my mind but now I'm delighted with it.
The shoes have a long time, buy from Bimba y Lola (I'm not very regular at this store) and it turns out that this winter wear a lot and it is clear that we should not get rid of any clothes because the fashions always come back. The downside of this is that you either have a huge dressing room or keep it all a bit complicated.
